Veronika & Dragomir: A Sacred Union at Troyan Monastery

On August 15th—one of the holiest days in the Orthodox calendar, the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God—Veronika and Dragomir united their lives in a beautiful church ceremony at one of Bulgaria’s most iconic spiritual landmarks: the Troyan Monastery. As their wedding photographer, I had the profound honor of capturing this sacred moment, steeped in faith, love, and divine blessing.

The Troyan Monastery, renowned for its majestic architecture and spiritual resonance, provided the perfect sanctuary for their “I do.” Amidst the pealing of church bells, the scent of pine forests, and the presence of their closest loved ones, the newlyweds pledged eternal devotion and family happiness.
